Licensed Information definition

Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.
Licensed Information means other Deliverables provided to Client by ImageTrend relating to the operation or design of the Software, or other Deliverables provided to Client by ImageTrend which are common to ImageTrend (e.g. such Deliverables are not unique to Client). A copy of the software specification Licensed Information is available within the Software labeled as “ImageTrend University.”
Licensed Information means technical and clinical information and data, including human trial results, associated with a Licensed Patent as set forth in Appendix E. Licensed Information does not include any information or data [*].

More Definitions of Licensed Information

Licensed Information means all and any inventions, products, materials, compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of the Research;
