Licensed Software Products definition

Licensed Software Products means software that was created, developed, and/or distributed by Varian as part of the Varex Business prior to the Distribution Date, and any updates thereto.

Licensed Software Products means a logical grouping of TRX software that is sold by a specific product name. Licensed Software Products shall include that Software listed in Exhibit B.

Licensed Software Products means the Licensor products now owned or hereafter acquired by Licensor, including but not limited to the products listed on Schedule B, which are available for licensing by Licensee from Licensor under this Agreement.

Examples of Licensed Software Products in a sentence

• The License under this Section 2.01(e) as to any Licensed Software Products for which Varex does not exercise its option to extend will terminate on such sixth (6th) anniversary.

• However, the replacement of old switching locomotives must be the first priority before alternative fuels are considered.

• The foregoing extension option and termination process will be repeated every three (3) years thereafter until Software License Expiration has occurred for all Licensed Software Products and/or the License under this Section 2.01(e) has terminated for all Licensed Software Products due to Varex’s failure to extend.

• On or before (but not more than six (6) months before) the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Distribution Date, Varex will provide Varian with a list of all Licensed Software Products for which Software License Expiration has not occurred.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, following the Distribution Date, Varex will use its reasonable efforts to cease use of the Licensed Marks in the Licensed Software Products, it being understood that changes in Licensed Software Products, including removal of the Licensed Marks, may require customer approval, validation, and/or regulatory work.

More Definitions of Licensed Software Products

Licensed Software Products has the meaning as set forth in Section 4.10(h) hereof.

Licensed Software Products means any software products licensed by third parties to the Companies, including, without limitation, the software products disclosed on Schedule 4.10(a)(i) or Schedule 4.10(b) of the Disclosure Schedule; (iii) “Licensed Computer Systems” means all mainframes, PC’s and other work stations, peripherals and other components, and the Licensed Software Products; and (iv) “Computer Systems” collectively refers to Company Computer Systems and Licensed Computer Systems.

Licensed Software Products software products licensed from LYNX under a Development Software License Agreement.

Licensed Software Products or “Vendor Software” means the machine-readable, object-code version of the software licensed by Vendor to Client, including all related Documentation and any modified, updated or enhanced versions of the software that Vendor may provide to Client, as set forth in the applicable Order Form and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Licensed Software Products means all products made, have made, used, offered for sale or sold by Distributor incorporating or developed using the Licensed Technology for Security Applications.

Licensed Software Products or “Vendor Software” means the machine- readable, object-code version of the software licensed by Vendor, including all related Documentation and any modified, updated or enhanced versions of the program that Vendor may provide to Client, as set forth in the appropriate Statement of Work and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and attached Addenda.

Licensed Software Products means the computer programs in object code and the related users manuals and other related documentation, whether they be in printed or electronic form, all described in Attachment A attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
