Licensed System definition

Licensed System means, collectively:
Licensed System means a sound broadcasting network or system or any part thereof which the Licensee is authorized to construct, operate and maintain in terms of this Licence;
Licensed System means Licensor’s then-current reservation system pursuant to which Licensor offers inventory of vacant rooms to the public.

More Definitions of Licensed System

Licensed System means any apparatus, assembly, device, or structure for producing or using a Licensed Product, with or for use with (or without) other accessories.
Licensed System means the proprietary system(s) licensed by Client from FIS or an Affiliate of FIS, or other proprietary system(s) (including Client’s) utilized by Client from time to time for purposes of trade monitoring or operations.

Licensed System means, collectively, (i) the functionalities, as of an applicable License Effective Date, of any one or more of the following which the Company is given the right to access and use by BNYM: (A) any mainframe transfer agent recordkeeping, processing and reporting computer systems utilized by BNYM to provide services to the Company, (B) any one or more components or subsystems of such mainframe systems, (C) any surround systems or subsystems owned or licensed by BNYM with which such mainframe systems either interface, provide or receive data, and (D) any one or more components of such systems or subsystems; including without limitation the systems, subsystems and components listed on Exhibit 1 (the "Functionalities"); (ii) Updates to a Functionality; (iii) General Upgrades to a Functionality, and (iv) Company Modifications (defined at Section 2.16).
Licensed System means (a) the object code version of the Xxxxx’x proprietary software, models, data and methodologies (including, without limitation, the hosted platform), (b) documentation related to the Licensed System, and (c) any upgrades or updates thereto.
