This paragraph shall survive expiration or termination of the Licensed Term.
Unless the Customer notifies GreenOrbit in writing of its intent not to renew this Agreement at least 60 days prior to the expiry of the Licensed Term, the Licensed Term automatically extends by successive period of 12 months.
GreenOrbit grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable and limited license for the Customer and its Users to access and use the Licensed Software during the Licensed Term in accordance with this Agreement.
