Licensed Term definition

Licensed Term means the term of the license set out in the Proposal;
Licensed Term has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2;
Licensed Term this Agreement shall remain effective for a term of one year commencing from the date of effectiveness (the “Initial Licensed Term”), and shall be extended automatically for another term of one year upon the expiration of the Initial Licensed Term subject to Party A’s consent, so on and so forth.

  • This paragraph shall survive expiration or termination of the Licensed Term.

  • If the Licensed Term is automatically extended as defined in Paragraph 1, each Licensor will be entitled to an additional warrant for an additional 10,000 shares of common stock exercisable at the fair market value of the common stock at the time of issuance of said additional warrant, and otherwise using the same terms as defined above.

  • GreenOrbit grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable and limited license for the Customer and its Users to access and use the Licensed Software during the Licensed Term in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Unless the Customer notifies GreenOrbit in writing of its intent not to renew this Agreement at least 60 days prior to the expiry of the Licensed Term, the Licensed Term automatically extends by successive period of 12 months.
