Licensed Term definition

Licensed Term means the term of the license set out in the Proposal;
Licensed Term has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2;
Licensed Term this Agreement shall remain effective for a term of one year commencing from the date of effectiveness (the “Initial Licensed Term”), and shall be extended automatically for another term of one year upon the expiration of the Initial Licensed Term subject to Party A’s consent, so on and so forth.

Licensed Term means a period of five (5) years beginning on the Effective Date.
