This paragraph shall survive expiration or termination of the Licensed Term.
If the Licensed Term is automatically extended as defined in Paragraph 1, each Licensor will be entitled to an additional warrant for an additional 10,000 shares of common stock exercisable at the fair market value of the common stock at the time of issuance of said additional warrant, and otherwise using the same terms as defined above.
