Licensed Territories definition

Licensed Territories means (i) those Operational Territories set forth on Exhibit G and (ii) any additional Operational Territories added to this Agreement pursuant to an addendum to this Agreement entered into by both Parties.

Licensed Territories means the Exclusive License Territory and Non-Exclusive Territory. The "Exclusive Licensed Territory" shall mean Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, and Macao and the 'Non-Exclusive Licensed Territory"., shall mean the other countries of Southeast Asia listed in Appendix A.

Licensed Territories means the entire world.

If the service is Free To Air, the Content Protection System shall implement all forms of protection authorized or otherwise permissible in the Licensed Territories for digital broadcast which shall at a minimum include no redistribution signaling once the standard has been ratified by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB).

Licensed Territories means the countries in which LICENSED PATENTS are in existence.

Licensed Territories means France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Lxxxxxxxxxxx, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom and any other countries where Valid Claims exist.

Licensed Territories mean Exclusive Licensed Territory and Non-Exclusive Licensed Territory.

Licensed Territories means the United States and its Territories, and all foreign countries in which one or more of the Licensed Patents have issued and remain in effect at any time during the term of this Agreement.
