Licensed Trademark definition

Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

Licensed Trademark has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.3.

Licensed Trademark has the meaning specified in Section 6.11.

Examples of Licensed Trademark in a sentence

• Licensee shall not during the Term of this Agreement contest the validity of, by act or omission jeopardize, or take any action inconsistent with, Microsoft's rights or goodwill in the Licensed Trademarks in any country, including attempted registration of any Licensed Trademark, or use or attempted registration of any xxxx confusingly similar thereto.

• The Quality Guidelines shall consist of two elements: guidelines related to Display (such guidelines shall be contained in a “Logo Manual”) and guidelines regarding the nature and quality of products and services associated with the Licensed Trademark (such guidelines shall be contained in a “Quality Manual”).

• Party B shall be obligated to accept supervision and unscheduled inspection by Party A in respect of the use of the Licensed Trademark.

• S&W represents and warrants to Licensee that: (a) it is authorized to enter into this Agreement; (b) it has the right to grant the rights and licenses granted hereunder; and (c) it has not made, and will not make, any commitments to others inconsistent with, or in derogation of, such rights, provided S&W makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Licensed Trademarks for use with any product outside of any jurisdiction in which and with respect to which such Licensed Trademark is registered.

• Party B shall ensure the quality of products using the Licensed Trademark.

More Definitions of Licensed Trademark

Licensed Trademark means a GroceryCo Xxxx or a SnackCo Xxxx that is licensed under this Agreement by GroceryCo IPCo or SnackCo IPCo, as the case may be, to SnackCo IPCo or GroceryCo IPCo, as applicable.

Licensed Trademark means the registered trademarks listed in Schedule 7 hereto which are owned or controlled by SUBLICENSOR and which may be used by ILDONG in connection with the sale and marketing of the product in the Territory.

Licensed Trademark means trademarks owned by Licensor under the Master License Agreement.

Licensed Trademark means Hextend(R) and any other trademark developed or acquired by Licensor for use in connection with the sale of the Product in the Territory.

Licensed Trademark means the trademark applications for, the registrations of and all trademark rights in the “HXXXXX” mxxx identified as Item 1. on Exhibit A hereto.

Licensed Trademark means Corgel® BioHydrogel, U.S. Reg. No. 3,856,330.

Licensed Trademark means MEGACE, U.S. Registration No. 834996.
