Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.
Licensed Trademark has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.3.

More Definitions of Licensed Trademark
Licensed Trademark means a GroceryCo Xxxx or a SnackCo Xxxx that is licensed under this Agreement by GroceryCo IPCo or SnackCo IPCo, as the case may be, to SnackCo IPCo or GroceryCo IPCo, as applicable.
Licensed Trademark means the registered trademarks listed in Schedule 7 hereto which are owned or controlled by SUBLICENSOR and which may be used by ILDONG in connection with the sale and marketing of the product in the Territory.
