Licensed Vocational Nurse definition

Licensed Vocational Nurse. (LVN) means a licensed individual, pursuant to the provisions 26 of Chapter 6.5 of the California Business and Professions Code, who can provide clinical services to 27 Clients. The license must be current and in force, and has not been suspended or revoked. Also, it is 28 preferred that the individual has at least one (1) year of experience treating children and TAY.
