Licensee Information definition

Licensee Information means software, machine images, data, text, audio, video, images or other content that Licensee or a User, runs on, causes to interface with, uploads to, or otherwise transfers, transmits, displays, processes, uses or stores in connection with, the Provider Services, under Licensee's, or a User’s account with the Service Provider, and any IPR related thereto, and explicitly excluding any Technology and Feedback.
Licensee Information. We collect licensee name, email address, and similar information associated with the individual that receives a license key for the paid users of the Self-managed product. Content you provide through the use of the Services: Examples of content we collect and store include but are not limited to: the summary and description added to an issue, your repositories, commits, project contributions, profile metadata, activity data, and comments. Content also includes any code, files and links you upload to the Services. This is collected for the free and paid users of the SaaS product.

  • In addition, Licensee shall update the Licensee Information Statement within five (5) days in the event Licensee becomes aware that an existing statement contains inaccurate or incomplete information.

More Definitions of Licensee Information

Licensee Information means information of the Licensee in tangible form directly relating to the design, manufacture, selling or marketing of a Licensed Product, as hereinafter defined.
Licensee Information means any and all proprietary data, information and know-how arising out of all development activities hereunder with respect to the Compound, the Bulk and the Product conducted by or on behalf of Licensee, its Affiliates or sublicensees during the term of this Agreement, including, without limitation, all pharmacological, toxicological, non-clinical, clinical and regulatory data, results and reports (including, without limitation, all data, results and reports submitted by, or in the possession or control of all third parties generating such data, results and reports on behalf of Licensee, its Affiliates or sublicensees, all to the extent Licensee has the right, or can reasonably obtain the right at no cost, to disclose such information to Licensor; provided that, Licensee's patentable inventions (including proprietary, new processes and formulations and new uses of the Compound) and patentable improvements pertaining to the Compound, the Bulk and the Product are excluded from Licensee Information and, instead, are addressed in Section 15.1 below; provided further that Licensee Information excludes Licensee's proprietary data, information and know-how pertaining to the manufacture of the Compound, the Bulk and the Product, and also excludes Licensee's proprietary data, information and know-how pertaining only to Other Commercial Applications of the Product. For the sake of clarification, Licensee Information excludes Licensee's proprietary data, information, and know-how related to its Device(s), rights to which are as set forth in Article 11;
Licensee Information means the following types of information of Licensee and its Affiliates obtained or accessed by Right Stuff from or on behalf of Licensee or its affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any discussions between the parties regarding new services or products to be added to this Agreement: (a) trade secrets and proprietary information; (b) customer lists, business plans, information security plans, business continuity plans, and proprietary software programs; (c) any personally identifiable information, defined as information that can be identified to a particular person without unreasonable effort, such as the names and social security numbers of Licensee's individual customers ("Licensee PII"); and (d) any other information received from or on behalf of Licensee or its Affiliates that Right Stuff could reasonably be expected to know is confidential or exempted from disclosure under Ohio's Public Records Law.

Licensee Information and “Licensor Information” (as the case may be) means any data (including Data), results, technology, business, financial, technical, scientific, trade, research, manufacturing, marketing, product, supplier, Intellectual Property Rights or other information of any type whatsoever, in any tangible or intangible form, including know-how, trade secrets, practices, techniques, methods, processes, inventions, developments, specifications, formulae, software, algorithms, marketing reports, expertise, technology, test data (including pharmacological, biological, chemical, biochemical, clinical test data and data resulting from non-clinical studies), stability data and other study data and procedures that are developed, conceived or reduced to practice by or on behalf of the Licensee, its Affiliate or Designated Party, or by or on behalf of Licensor or its Affiliates, as the case may be, during the Term of this Agreement and in connection to the same.
Licensee Information means (a) any reports (including royalty reports), test results, error data, or other reports, including “Log Results” made by Licensee in connection with the license rights granted under the Master Technology License Agreement or any Technology Schedule; (b) the identity of and/or any information regarding potential or actual Licensee customers provided by Licensee to MIPS under the Master Technology License Agreement; (c) [*] relating to Licensee Chips or any of Licensee’s other actual and potential products and/or Licensee’s [*] described to MIPS in advance, that are subsequently specifically disclosed in meetings between the parties under the Agreement; (d) logs or lists of individuals with access to Restricted Confidential Deliverables; (e) any other materials or information learned or otherwise obtained by MIPS from Licensee in accordance with Sections 4, 5.6, 5.7, 10.2.3 or 10.2.4 or Exhibits B or C; or (f) the existence of the Master Technology License Agreement and any Technology Schedule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Licensee Information” shall not include information received from Licensee which (i) is or becomes rightfully known by MIPS through disclosure from a third party without an obligation to maintain its confidentiality; (ii) is or becomes generally available to the public through no fault of MIPS; or (iii) is independently developed by MIPS without use of the Licensee Information.
