Licensee Product definition
Licensee Product means computer program, developed or reproduced by or for Licensee, which operate on the same operating system for which the Supplier Software is designed.
Licensee Product means a software and/or hardware product distributed by or for you that either incorporates a TI Device or executes solely and exclusively on TI Devices and not on devices manufactured by or for an entity other than TI.
Licensee Product means a product manufactured by or for the benefit and account of Licensee and specified on Exhibit B.
