"Reimbursement Note" has the meaning given to that term in the Bond Guarantee Agreement. "RUS" means the Person named as "RUS" in the first paragraph of this instrument. "RUS Notice" and "RUS Order" mean, respectively, a written notice or order signed by the Secretary and delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Borrower.
