Life of Mine definition

Life of Mine or “LOM” means the time in which, through the employment of the available capital, the ore reserves, or such reasonable extension of the ore reserves as conservative geological analysis may justify, will be extracted.
Life of Mine means, in respect of each mine of an Obligor, the period during which all reserves and resources at such mine as reported in Equinox’s most recent reserve statement in respect of such mine is projected to be extracted through planned mining activities at or in connection with such mine.
Life of Mine means, for any particular Project, the period during which all reserves and resources at such Project as reported in the Borrower's most recent Reserve Statement in respect of such Project is projected to be extracted through planned mining activities at or in connection with such Project.
