Lifestyle definition

Lifestyle shirts with two (2) “Lifestyle” shirts each calendar year. If an employee working in a Specialty Department is not permitted to wear a “Lifestyle” shirt the Employer shall provide that employee with two (2) shirts appropriate for that employee’s department each calendar year. Employees shall be responsible for laundering and pressing these shirts. Employees who terminate their employment with the Employer shall return all of their shirts to their store. New employees shall receive one shirt when they are hired and a second shirt within six months. Special clothing, such as rain capes and parkas, are to be supplied by the Employer where required. Members shall be permitted to wear sweaters, providing they are acceptable to the Employer. Should any law or regulation be enacted or enforced the parties agree that this policy will be amended if necessary to be in compliance.
