Line Fee definition

Line Fee means a fee of $5,000.00 payable periodically by Customer to MLBFS in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2 (k) hereof.
Line Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.2.
Line Fee means a fee equal to 0.375% per annum (on the basis of actual days elapsed in a year of 360 days) of the average daily balance of the difference between (x) each Lender's Commitment and (y) the sum of (i) such Lender's Commitment Percentage of the principal amount of Loans then outstanding, and (ii) such Lender's Commitment Percentage of the then Letter of Credit Outstandings for each day commencing on the date hereof and ending on but excluding the Termination Date.

Examples of Line Fee in a sentence

  • The Unused Line Fee shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Until a Defaulting Lender cures its failure to fund its Pro Rata Share of any Borrowing (A) such Defaulting Lender shall not be entitled to any portion of the Unused Line Fee and (B) the Unused Line Fee shall accrue in favor of the Lenders which have funded their respective Pro Rata Shares of such requested Borrowing and shall be allocated among such performing Lenders ratably based upon their relative Commitments.

  • The Unused Line Fee shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of each month hereafter.

Line Fee means the fee of $15,000.00 payable periodically by Customer to MLBFS in connection with the WCMA Line of Credit, as provided herein.
Line Fee means a fee of $1,500.00 due to MLBFS in connection with the WCMA Line of Credit for the period prior to the current Maturity Date.
