Liquidating Transaction definition

Liquidating Transaction means any sale or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company or a related series of transactions that, taken together, results in the sale or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.
Liquidating Transaction means any sale or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Partnership following the adoption by the General Partner of a plan of liquidation for the Partnership.
Liquidating Transaction shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 6.2.
