Liquidation Price definition

Liquidation Price means the price at which the Trustee sells the Underlying Securities.
Liquidation Price means with respect to any Share, the amount distributable to the holder of such Share pursuant to Section 3.3 hereof, as determined immediately after the occurrence of a Dissolution Event.
