Liquidity Drawing definition

Liquidity Drawing means a loan made or to be made under the Liquidity Facility or deemed to be made under the Liquidity Facility Agreement.
Liquidity Drawing means an LC Disbursement resulting from the presentation of a certificate in the form of Annex E to the Letter of Credit.

Liquidity Drawing means, in respect of any Bonds supported by a Bond Letter of Credit, any drawing under such Bond Letter of Credit the proceeds of which are used to pay the purchase price of such Bonds tendered for purchase by the Borrower (or any Subsidiary of the Borrower).
