Liquidity Event Period definition

Liquidity Event Period means any period (a)(i) beginning on the first Business Day on which the Available Credit is equal to or less than $100,000,000 and (ii) ending on the first Business Day on which the Available Credit is greater than $100,000,000 for more than 30 consecutive days or (b) during which an Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing.
Liquidity Event Period means any period (a) beginning on the first date on which the Liquidity Amount is less than $20,000,000 and (b) ending on the first date on which the Liquidity Amount shall have been equal to or greater than $20,000,000 for 30 consecutive days.
