Liquidity Facilities definition

Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.
Liquidity Facilities means each of the committed loan facilities, lines of credit and other financial accommodations available to a Conduit Lender to support the liquidity of such Conduit Lender’s Commercial Paper Notes.
Liquidity Facilities means the three Revolving Credit Agreements between the Subordination Agent, as borrower, and the Liquidity Provider, and any replacement thereof, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.
