Liquidity Facility. Means, initially, the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of June 17, 1999 relating to the Applicable Certificates, between the Liquidity Provider and Wilmington Trust Company, as Subordination Agent, as agent and trustee for the Applicable Trust, and, from and after the replacement of such agreement pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, the replacement liquidity facility therefor, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their respective terms.
