Liquidity Facility Deposit Account definition

Liquidity Facility Deposit Account means the account by that name within the Purchase Fund established pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Moneys in the Liquidity Facility Deposit Account, the Remarketing Proceeds Account and the Borrower Purchase Account shall not be commingled with other funds held by the Tender Agent and shall remain uninvested.

  • If at close of business New York City time on any date of purchase of Bonds any balance remains in the Liquidity Facility Deposit Account in excess of any unsatisfied purchase obligation, such excess shall be promptly returned to the Liquidity Facility Provider.
