Liquidity Funding definition

Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.
Liquidity Funding means, with respect to any Loan by any CP Lender, at any time, funding by a CP Lender of all or a portion of the outstanding principal amount of such Loan with funds provided under a Liquidity Facility.
Liquidity Funding. A purchase made by the Liquidity Bank (or simultaneous purchases made by the Liquidity Banks) pursuant to the Liquidity Agreement.

Examples of Liquidity Funding in a sentence

  • Prior to the occurrence of an Amortization Event, the outstanding principal balance of each Liquidity Funding shall accrue interest for each day during its Interest Period at either the LIBO Rate or the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Borrower may select the LIBO Rate or the Alternate Base Rate for each Liquidity Funding.

  • Regardless of whether a Liquidity Funding constitutes the direct funding of a Loan, an assignment of a Loan made by a Conduit or the sale of one or more participations in a Loan made by a Conduit, each Committed Lender in such Conduit’s Conduit Group participating in a Liquidity Funding shall have the rights of a “Lender” hereunder with the same force and effect as if it had directly made a Loan to Borrower in the amount of its Liquidity Funding.

  • The applicable Earned Discount Rate may be different for each Asset Tranche funded by a Liquidity Funding.

  • On the Settlement Date for each Loan of an Unaffiliated Committed Lender and each Liquidity Funding, Borrower shall pay to the Funding Account for further remittance by the Funding Agent to the applicable Co-Agent (for the benefit of the related Committed Lenders) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Interest on each such Loan or Liquidity Funding in accordance with Article II.

Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Liquidity Bank pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, a Blue Ridge Loan, or (b) any Loan made by a Liquidity Bank in lieu of Blue Ridge pursuant to Section 1.1.
Liquidity Funding means a purchase or funding by any Liquidity Bank pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of the Aggregate Invested Amount from a Conduit Purchaser.
Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Liquidity Bank pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, (b) any Loan made by a Liquidity Bank in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1, or (c) any purchase of a Loan made by a Liquidity Bank pursuant to Section 1.7.
Liquidity Funding shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof. “Liquidity Provider” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
