Liquidity Reserve definition

Liquidity Reserve. As defined in Section 4.17.
Liquidity Reserve shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(k).

  • The Company shall be required to make Working Capital Advances if, at any time, the Loan Proceeds, including funds available in the Collection Account or in any Liquidity Reserve Account or Litigation Reserve Account, are insufficient to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Company.

Liquidity Reserve means that certain percentage, determined by the Board from time to time, of the aggregate net proceeds of the issuance of the Subscriber Shares, which percentage as of the date of this prospectus equals 15% of the net proceeds of the issuance of the Class A Shares and 15% the net proceeds of the issuance of the Class R Shares.
