Liquidity Termination Date definition

Liquidity Termination Date means the earlier to occur of the following:
Liquidity Termination Date means May 20, 2004.
Liquidity Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) October 13, 2005, as such date may be extended from time to time by the Liquidity Banks in accordance with the Liquidity Agreement, and (b) the occurrence of an Event of Bankruptcy with respect to Lender.

  • In the event that the Commitments are not extended in accordance with the provisions of this Section 4.6, the Commitment of each Financial Institution shall be reduced to zero on the Liquidity Termination Date.

  • If none of the events described in the foregoing clauses (i) or (ii) occurs during the Consent Period and all Consent Notices have been received, then, the Liquidity Termination Date shall be irrevocably extended until the date that is 364 days after the Liquidity Termination Date then in effect.

  • If at the end of the Consent Period, there is no Nonrenewing Financial Institution then, the Liquidity Termination Date shall be irrevocably extended until the date that is 364 days after the Liquidity Termination Date then in effect.
