List of Receivables definition

List of Receivables a list containing the Required Information with respect to each Receivable delivered to the Trustee, the Series to which such Receivable is allocated and certified by a duly authorized officer of the Company, which is attached hereto as Schedule 1 (as supplemented from time to time).

List of Receivables means the list of receivables set forth in Schedule A.

List of Receivables. The list identifying each Receivable constituting part of the Assets, which list shall consist of the initial List of Receivables reflecting the Receivables purchased on the initial Purchase Date, together with any Additional Receivables set forth on each Subsequent List of Receivables transferred to the Trust on the related Addition Date, and which list in each case (a) identifies each Receivable included in the Asset Pool, and (b) sets forth as to each such Receivable (i) the Receivable Balance as of the applicable Cut-Off Date, and (ii) the maturity date for each listed Receivable.

• The Initial Lists of Receivables and any List of Receivables delivered pursuant to this Agreement are for notification purposes only and if for any reason whatsoever the relevant Receivables are not, or are incompletely contained in the respective Initial List of Receivables and/or List of Receivables presented, then the assignment of the Receivables shall not be affected thereby.

• As of the related Transfer Date, the List of Receivables and other reports delivered in connection therewith is an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of all the Receivables in and to become part of the Asset Pool on such date and the information contained therein (including with respect to the identity of such Receivables, Obligors thereon, and the amounts owing thereunder) is true and correct in all material respects.
