Listing Particulars means any listing particulars or supplementary listing particulars within the meaning of the 1986 Act;

• Each Dealer acknowledges that the Base Listing Particulars has not been registered as a prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Listing Particulars means the Issuer’s and the Guarantors’ listing particulars dated July 13, 2017 relating to the Notes and the Issuer’s £250,000,000 2.750% notes due 2024, all of which are unconditionally guaranteed by each of the Guarantors.
