Litigation Claims Proceeds means the actual consideration, if any, received by the Litigation Trust as a result of any judgment, settlement, or compromise of any of the Unsettled Bond Avoidance Action Claims.
Litigation Claims Proceeds means any and all proceeds and recoveries, in whatever form, recovered by the Litigation Trustee as a result of the prosecution (including settlement) of the Litigation Claims.

For the avoidance of doubt, no Cause of Action, obligation or liability expressly set forth in or preserved by the Plan or the Plan Supplement constitutes an Exculpated Claim.
