Within 10 Business Days after receipt by the Issuer of any Litigation Proceeds, if ever, the Issuer shall establish and maintain a Litigation Proceeds Account, deposit any such Litigation Proceeds therein and cause to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee a Litigation Proceeds Account Control Agreement.
