Litigation Trust Agreement definition

Litigation Trust Agreement means that certain “Litigation Trust Agreement,” a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “4.”
Litigation Trust Agreement means the trust agreement dated as of the Plan Implementation Date, between SFC and the Litigation Trustee, establishing the Litigation Trust.

Litigation Trust Agreement means that certain trust agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Debtors, Sopris and the Committee and to be Filed as part of the Plan Supplement, that, among other things: (a) establishes and governs the Litigation Trust; (b) sets forth the respective powers, duties and responsibilities of the Litigation Trustee and the Litigation Trust Committee; and (c) provides for distribution of Litigation Trust Recovery Proceeds, if any, to the Litigation Trust Beneficiaries.
Litigation Trust Agreement means the Anadarko Litigation Trust Agreement entered into by and among the Debtors, the Litigation Trustee, the United States, certain of the Litigation Trust Beneficiaries, and certain other entities, an execution copy of which was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on February 14, 2011 [Case No. 09-10156 (ALG), Dkt. No. 2812]. This term shall also include all schedules, exhibits and attachments thereto.
