LLC Pledge Agreement definition

LLC Pledge Agreement means the LLC Pledge Agreement executed and delivered on the Closing Date by Company and Collateral Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Collateral Agent and Administrative Agent, as such LLC Pledge Agreement may thereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

LLC Pledge Agreement means the pledge agreement, dated as of August 21, 1998 between Obligor and Coaxial, as secured party.

LLC Pledge Agreement means a pledge agreement of Merger Co. in the form of Exhibit H-2, as amended or otherwise modified from time to time.

LLC Pledge Agreement means the Second Amendment Pledge Agreement (Membership Interests), dated as of July 16, 2003, by the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Trustee (for the benefit of, among others, the Lenders), in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

LLC Pledge Agreement means the LLC Pledge Agreement dated October 31, 1996 made by Borrower in favor of Agent.
