For any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the Loan Group 2 Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related No-Delay Accrual Period.
For any Distribution Date and any of Loan Group 1 or Loan Group 2, the excess, if any, of (i) the Subsequent Recoveries for such Distribution Date for such Loan Group over (ii) the amount by which the Class Principal Balance of the Class of Class B Certificates with the lowest priority is increased in respect of Subsequent Recoveries for such Loan Group on such Distribution Date pursuant to the definition of “Class Principal Balance” herein.
