Loan Package definition

Loan Package. As defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Loan PackageThe Loans listed on a Loan Schedule, delivered to the Custodian and the Purchaser at least five (5) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date and attached to the related Assignment and Conveyance on the related Closing Date.
Loan Package has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(s).

Examples of Loan Package in a sentence

  • The closing for the purchase and sale of each Mortgage Loan Package shall take place on the related Closing Date.

  • The Mortgage Loan Package characteristics of the Mortgage Loans subject hereto are set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

More Definitions of Loan Package

Loan Package means a set of Loan documents that (a) are dated or have been completed or provided no more than thirty days from the date of Lender’s receipt; (b) include an Application, Credit Report, deposit and employment verifications, appraisal, Loan Estimate, Preliminary Title Report, and other Loan documents, if any, required under Applicable Requirements or requested by Lender from time to time in addition to or in lieu of the foregoing; and (c) comply with Applicable Requirements. Broker shall deliver all those documents required under clause (b) unless the Lender Procedures provide otherwise.
Loan Package means the Credit Agreement, the Second Renewal Note, the Pledge Agreement and those of the Related Agreements which are to be sold and assigned to Purchaser from time to time hereunder.
Loan Package. The file of documents, which may be physical, electronic or both, and which includes all of the documents pertaining to a proposed Loan.
Loan Package means the Credit Agreement, the Third Renewal Note, the
Loan PackageWith respect to any Underlying Loan, (i) all of the documents presented to the Originator’s Loan Committee in connection with the approval of such Underlying Loan, including the credit memorandum for the related Underlying Loan, (ii) a Current Appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property, (iii) any other third party reports related to such Underlying Loan, including, but not limited to, environmental site assessments (such as Phase I assessments, Phase 2 assessments, or database searches) and property condition reports, (iv) executed copies of all documents to be included in the Loan File for such Underlying Loan (along with blacklines of such documents marked to show changes from the Form Documents), (v) operating statements of the related Borrower, (vi) evidence of insurance for the related Mortgaged Property and (vii) a copy of the final HUD-1 settlement statement related to such Underlying Loan.
