Loan Program definition

Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.
Loan Program means the lending program of Lender for originating and consummating Loans pursuant to this Agreement and the Program Guidelines.
