Loan Sublimit definition

Loan Sublimit means $250,000,000.

Loan Sublimit means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of the Total Tranche 2 Commitment and Total Tranche 3 Commitment at such time, minus the sum of all reductions therefore effected pursuant to 2.10(j).

Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Commitment. The Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Commitment.

• The amount of any such Aggregate Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Loan Sublimit, the Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrowing Agent.

• The following sentence is added to Section 2 of the Agreement: In no event shall MBF be required to purchase any Type 1 Nonconforming Loan if the Acquisition Price of such Type 1 Nonconforming Loan, when combined with the aggregate Acquisition Price of all Type 1 Nonconforming Loans then held by MBF (and then serviced by Seller or a Successor Servicer), is in excess of the Type 1 Nonconforming Loan Sublimit.

• The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Loan Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitments under this Section 2.06.

Loan Sublimit means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of the Total Tranche 2 Commitment Total and Tranche 3 Commitment at such time, minus the sum of all reductions therefore effected pursuant to Sections 2.07 or 2.10.

Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $50 million. The Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.
