Loan Trustee definition

Loan Trustee. Means, with respect to any Indenture, the bank, trust company or other financial institution designated as loan trustee thereunder, and any successor to such loan trustee.

Loan Trustee. With respect to any Equipment Note or the Indenture applicable thereto, means the bank or trust company designated as loan or indenture trustee under such Indenture; and any successor to such Loan Trustee as such trustee; and Loan Trustees means all of the Loan Trustees under the Indentures.

Loan Trustee has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of the Indenture.
