Local Agreement definition

Local Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.

Local Agreement means an agreement describing the implementation of the matters described in this Agreement (including, without limitation, matters regarding employment, compensation and employee benefits) with respect to Non-U.S. Employees in accordance with applicable non-U.S. Law in the custom of the applicable jurisdictions.

Local Agreement means a local or regional agreement made between two (2) or more libraries that residents of each library district may borrow items from a public library in the other library district or districts or a resolution by a local library board that the library will allow anyone with a public library card from another library in the state to borrow materials.

More Definitions of Local Agreement

Local Agreement means any local transfer agreement that provides for the transfer of Assets and the assumption of Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from the transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement.
