Local Counsel definition

Local Counsel. ’ means an active member of the Wyoming State Bar.
Local Counsel means legal counsel and law firms who have a principal office in North Carolina and represented one or more North Carolina counties and municipalities in litigation against one or more Additional Settling Defendant concerning opioids.
