A CWCC is the Local Planning Authority and Local Highway Authority for the purposes of the 1990 Act for the area within which the Project is situated.
B CEC is the Local Planning Authority and Local Highway Authority for the purposes of the 1990 Act for the area within Cheshire East Council’s boundary that is affected by the Highways Routing Obligation.
The Contractor shall obtain any additional approvals from the relevant landowners, LPA and Local Highway Authority for these points and incorporate any specific requirements as necessary.
