Local Plans definition

Local Plans means the adopted local plans prepared by a local planning authority in consultation with its community and which form part of the statutory development plan. Reserved Decisions has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4.6.
Local Plans means conceptual schemes and master site development plans. 2.7.“MOU” means this Memorandum of Understanding, as amended from time to time.
Local Plans means local watershed action plans developed pursuant to chapter 400-12 WAC.
