Local Terms definition
Local Terms means the terms set out in Schedule 7 (Local Terms); Losses means all damages, loss, liabilities, claims, actions, costs, expenses (including the cost of legal and/or professional services) proceedings, demands and charges; National Variation an addition, deletion or amendment to the provisions of this Agreement mandated by NHS England (whether in respect of the CCG or all or some of other Clinical Commissioning Groups) including any addition, deletion or amendment to reflect changes to the Delegation, changes in Law, changes in policy and notified to the CCG in accordance with clause 22 (Variations); National Variation Proposal a written proposal for a National Variation, which complies with the requirements of clause 22.7;

Local Terms means the terms set out in Schedule 8 (Local Terms) and/or such other Schedule or part thereof as designated as Local Terms;
Examples of Local Terms in a sentence
In the event of a conflict between or among the documents that make up this Agreement, such conflict shall be resolved by giving priority in the following order: the terms of any applicable Local Terms, the Terms of any applicable Supplemental Terms, the terms in the remainder of this Agreement, and terms of the applicable Order.
Applicable Local Terms are incorporated by reference in this Agreement.

Local Terms means the supplementary or alternative terms for specific countries, cities, municipalities, metropolitan areas or regions which apply to You, as made available and as updated by GO25 from time to time; Policies means the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies, guidelines or directions made available by GO25 from time to time, in each case as updated from time to time, including as located here; Services mean the services provided by GO25 to connect individual drivers or vehicle operators with Users, including via the Driver Application, the User Application and related software, websites, platforms, payment services and support systems. For the avoidance of doubt, the Services provided by GO25 do not include the Transportation Services themselves, as these are provided by You directly to Users;
Local Terms means the terms governing your use of the Greenwood Services provided in any particular jurisdiction.
