Locked-Up Shareholders definition

Locked-Up Shareholders means the Persons who are party to the Lock-Up Agreements.
Locked-Up Shareholders means certain directors and senior officers of the Company who have entered into Voting Agreements;
Locked-Up Shareholders means all of the directors and certain senior officers of the Company.

Locked-Up Shareholders means all of the members of the Board of Directors and each of the senior officers of the Company to the extent that each such person is permitted under applicable Laws to tender his Shares to the Offer;
