Locked-Up Shareholders definition

Locked-Up Shareholders means the Persons who are party to the Lock-Up Agreements.
Locked-Up Shareholders means certain directors and senior officers of the Company who have entered into Voting Agreements;
Locked-Up Shareholders means all of the directors and certain senior officers of the Company.
