Lockout Priority Amount definition

Lockout Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) 98.6% of the Senior Principal Distribution Amount and (b) the sum of (i) the Adjusted Lockout Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount (exclusive of the portion thereof attributable to principal distributions to the Class P-L Regular Interest pursuant to clause (I)(i) of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount"), (ii) the Lockout Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount (exclusive of the portion thereof attributable to principal distributions to the Class P-L Regular Interest pursuant to clause (I)(i) of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount") and (iii) the Lockout Liquidation Amount.
Lockout Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) 98.6% of the Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount and (b) the sum of (i) the Adjusted Lockout Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I (exclusive of the portion thereof attributable to principal distributions to the Class I-P-L Regular Interest pursuant to clause (I)(a)(i) of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount"), (ii) the Lockout Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I (exclusive of the portion thereof attributable to principal distributions to the Class I-P-L Regular Interest pursuant to clause (I)(a)(i) of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount") and (iii) the Lockout Liquidation Amount.
Lockout Priority Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date the product of (i) the Shift Percentage and (ii) (x) the aggregate of the collections described in the definition of Group I Senior Optimal Principal Amount for such Distribution Date (without application of the Senior Percentage), multiplied by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Current Principal Amount of the Class I-A-7 Certificates immediately prior to that Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the sum of the related Non-PO Percentages of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group I as of the first day of the related Due Period.

Lockout Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Lockout Certificates and (ii) the sum of (x) the product of (1) the Lockout Priority Percentage, (2) the Lockout Shift Percentage, and (3) the amounts described in Section 4.01(c)(ii)(Y)(A) (without giving effect to the Senior Percentage) and (y) the product of (1) the Lockout Priority Percentage, (2) the Lockout Prepayment Priority Percentage and (3) the amounts described in Section 4.01(c)(ii)(Y)(B) and (C) (in each case without giving effect to the Senior Percentage or the Senior Accelerated Distribution Percentage).

For any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date in May 2011, the lesser of (A) the sum of (i) the Class I-A-1 Scheduled Principal for such Distribution Date, (ii) the Class I-A-1 Voluntary Principal for such Distribution Date and (iii) the Class I-A-1 Recovered Principal for such Distribution Date and (B) the product of (x) the aggregate of the collections described in the definition of Subgroup Senior Principal Distribution Amount for Subgroup I for such Distribution Date multiplied by (y) 98.00%.
