Examples of Long Service Leave in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, employees who work in Victoria are entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 2018 (Vic), employees who work in New South Wales are entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW) and employees who work in Queensland are entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Industrial Relations Act 1999 (Qld) (as amended or replaced from time to time).

  • Subject to this clause, Long Service Leave will apply in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act (2018) Vic.

  • Long Service Leave will accrue at the rate of 6.5 working days, or part thereof, for each completed year of service.

  • Where this clause is silent the provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1955 shall apply.

  • The taking of long service leave will be in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW).


More Definitions of Long Service Leave

Long Service Leave means long service (previously "extended") leave to which a staff member is entitled under the provisions of this award.
