Long Service Leave definition

Long Service Leave means long service leave which an Employee is entitled to under these Rules;
Long Service Leave means long service leave which a Worker is entitled to under these Rules by virtue of the Act;
Long Service Leave means long service (previously "extended") leave to which a staff member is entitled under the provisions of this award.

Examples of Long Service Leave in a sentence

  • A school assistant is entitled to long service leave in accordance with the provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1992 (Vic.) as amended from time to time.

  • An employee is entitled to long service leave in accordance with the provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1992 (Vic.) as amended from time to time.

  • This benefit applies in lieu of any entitlement of Employees under the Long Service Leave Act 2018 (Vic).

  • Employees are entitled to Long Service Leave in line with the legislation of the state in which they work at the time of taking leave (Long Service Leave Act NSW 1955).

  • A General Staff Member, other than a General Staff Member to whom one of cll.G.3 or G.4 applies is entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 2018 (Vic.).


More Definitions of Long Service Leave
