Long Service Leave definition

Long Service Leave means long service leave which an Employee is entitled to under these Rules;
Long Service Leave means long service leave on full pay;
Long Service Leave means long service leave which a Worker is entitled to under these Rules by virtue of the Act;

Examples of Long Service Leave in a sentence

  • Any service payments made in recognition of Long Service Leave on redundancy shall be taken into account in any future payments made.

  • However, where the Long Service Leave Act 2018 provides a Technician with a higher payment for long service leave, the Long Service Leave Act 2018 entitlement will apply.

  • Long Service Leave will be afforded to all employees in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW).
