Long Service Leave definition

Long Service Leave means long service leave which an Employee is entitled to under these Rules;
Long Service Leave means long service leave on full pay;
Long Service Leave means long service leave which a Worker is entitled to under these Rules by virtue of the Act;

Examples of Long Service Leave in a sentence

  • For Employees whose roster and remuneration does not include work on public holidays, if public holidays fall within such Employee’s Long Service Leave, the leave will not be deducted from the Employee’s Long Service Leave entitlement for those public holidays.

  • For Employees, whose roster and remuneration includes work on public holidays if public holidays fall within such Employee’s Long Service Leave, the leave will be deducted from the Employee’s Long Service Leave entitlement for such public holidays except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

  • An employee is entitled to Long Service Leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave act for the relevant State or Territory in which they are employed.

  • From July 1 2024 Ordinary Hours: 152 hours per 4 weekly cycle to be worked Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm Variable work arrangements: Variable work arrangements are available in negotiation with team supervisors/managers and in accordance with the organisation’s customer service requirements; Annual Leave: 4 weeks paid annual leave each year (pro rata) 17.5% leave loading Long Service Leave: Available after 7 years of service in accordance with the Regulations.
