Long Term Disability Plan definition

Long Term Disability Plan means and includes the KeyCorp Long Term Disability Plan as from time to time amended, restated, or otherwise modified, including any long term disability plan or program that, after the Effective Date, succeeds, replaces, or is substituted for that plan and includes long term disability benefits or rights provided pursuant to or under insurance contracts maintained by Key applicable to executive officers of Key.
Long Term Disability Plan means an arrangement sponsored by the Commission or the Society to provide income replacement benefits to employees who become disabled and whose disability is expected to continue indefinitely.
Long Term Disability Plan means the long-term disability plan to be established by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to Section 2.2 and Article VIII that corresponds to the BMS Long-Term Disability Plan.
