Loss-and-Expense definition
Loss-and-Expense has the meaning ascribed in Section 4.2.
Loss-and-Expense means any and all losses, liabilities, obligations, damages, delays, fines, penalties, judgments, deposits, costs, claims, demands, charges, assessments, taxes, or expenses, including all Fees-And-Costs.

Loss-and-Expense means loss, liability, alleged liability, obligation, damage, delay, penalty, judgment, cost, fee, claim, charge, tax, or expense of every kind (including related Fees-And-Costs).
Loss-and-Expense means any and all actual losses, liabilities, forfeitures, obligations, damages, fines, penalties, judgments, deposits, costs, expenses, charges, or Taxes, including all Fees and Costs, except as explicitly excluded or limited under any provision of this Contract.
