Lottery game definition

Lottery game means any game authorized by the Commission under ORS 461.010(6).
Lottery game means any game that the commission authorizes under IC 4-30, but shall not include promotional drawings under 65 IAC 1-7-4.
Lottery game or “game” means any procedure authorized by the commission whereby prizes are distributed among per- sons who have paid, or unconditionally agreed to pay, for tickets or shares that pro- vide the opportunity to win such prizes.
