Lottery game definition

Lottery game means any game authorized by the Commission under ORS 461.010(6).
Lottery game or “game” means any procedure authorized by the commission whereby prizes are distributed among per- sons who have paid, or unconditionally agreed to pay, for tickets or shares which provide the opportunity to win such prizes.
Lottery game means any game that the commission authorizes under IC 4-30, but shall not include promotional drawings under 65 IAC 1-7-4.
