In the event the Texas Lottery Retailer cannot verify the claim, the Texas Lottery Retailer shall provide the claimant with a claim form and instruct the claimant on how to file a claim with the Texas Lottery.
Retailer agrees that, to the extent allowed by the Laws and in response to a request from Lottery, Retailer shall resubmit or cause Key Persons to resubmit fingerprints or other information necessary to perform an updated background check.
