Lottery Retailer definition

Lottery Retailer means any person with whom the Kansas lottery has contracted to sell lottery tickets or shares, or both, to the public.
Lottery Retailer or “Retailer” means a business entity housed in a specific retail facility that is under license with the Delaware Lottery to provide lottery related services.
Lottery Retailer or "Retailer" means a person or entity that is authorized by the Lottery to sell lottery Tickets.
