Lower Tier Interests definition

Lower Tier Interests. The Lower Tier Regular Interests and the RL Class Certificate. Lower Tier Distribution Amount: With respect to the Lower Tier REMIC and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Lower Tier Interest Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Lower Tier Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.
