Main Agreement means the part of this Agreement that commences on the first page and ends with but includes Schedule A, excluding Section 3(d) (which incorporates this Schedule C into the Agreement).

Main Agreement means all parts of this Agreement other than this Schedule C.

• Applicable terms of the Main Agreement shall apply to this Schedule B but any conflict between a term of the Main Agreement and this Schedule B shall be resolved to the fullest extent possible in favor of the term in this Schedule B.

More Definitions of Main Agreement
