Mainland China means the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
Mainland China means the People’s Republic of China and, except where the context requires or admits otherwise, and only for the purpose of this Prospectus, references in this Prospectus to the PRC or China do not include Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.
