Maintained Elements definition

Maintained Elements means all elements of the Facility and Site constructed or installed pursuant to this Agreement including:

Maintained Elements means those elements of the Managed Lanes and the GP Lanes described in the schedule to the Concession Agreement related to HPTE service requirements.

• Mean Time between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) No Maintained Elements experienced a failure type breakdown this month.

• If requested by TxDOT, DB Contractor shall analyze the permit request and provide to TxDOT a recommendation (together with supporting analysis) as to whether the permit will have an impact on the Maintained Elements or DB Contractor’s obligations hereunder, including the Maintenance Services.

More Definitions of Maintained Elements

Maintained Elements means all elements of the Schools and Sites constructed or installed pursuant to this Agreement including:

Maintained Elements means all elements of the Project, constructed or installed pursuant to this Agreement, including all manufactured equipment, building systems, improvements, property, or assets, whether or not constituting personal property or fixtures, constituting part of the Project, but excluding in each case Moveable FF&E.

Maintained Elements means those elements of the Managed Lanes and the GP Lanes described in Appendix 6-1 and Appendix 6-2 to Schedule 6.

Maintained Elements means an element set forth in Attachment 2 to the Maintenance Specification.
